Topics: Although the total amount of moisture in the atmosphere even under saturated conditions is small, its effect on the dynamics and energy balance can be enormous. Therefore moisture also causes a main uncertainty in current weather and climate models. This workshop adresses the the thermodynamic modeling, the formal and rigorous analysis of atmospheric flows involving clouds and precipitation, as well as computational aspects thereof.
