Group Actions on Magic Squares
Abstract.
Two types of magic n times n squares are studied -
the pandiagonal squares and the W-squares, in which the coefficients
of all 2 times 2 submatrices have the same sum.
For n between 4 and 8 big groups - in general wreath products - are
described which act on sets of these magic squares.
