FPSAC 2026 was held at the University of Washington in Seattle, Washington, USA, from July 13 to 17, 2026. This volume contains the extended abstracts for all accepted talks, posters, and software demonstrations.

It was our great pleasure to serve as program committee cochairs for FPSAC 2026. The conference received 252 submissions, showing that our field continues to be active and grow. We thank the invited speakers and all contributors for sharing their work. We also thank Jennifer Morse and Mike Zabrocki for giving a joint memorial lecture for Adriano Garsia.

Many people helped make the conference and proceedings possible. We thank the members of the program committee and the secondary referees for carefully reviewing the submissions and sharing their expertise.
