Title: "Strong Atiyah conjecture for free groups and small cancellation groups".

Abstract: Motivated by Atiyah's 1976 paper on "Elliptic operators, discrete groups and von Neumann algebras", the Atiyah conjecture predicts the integrality of the \(\ell^2\)–Betti numbers associated to a torsion-free group. We discuss Linnell's proof of a strong variant of this conjecture for the free group. We then give a survey on recent results for small cancellation groups.
