Title: "Locally compact lacunary hyperbolic groups."

Abstract: We will give several results about locally compact compactly generated groups with one asymptotic cone a real tree. The main idea of the proofs will rely on the study of a transitive isometric action on the real tree arising as an asymptotic cone, and how to deduce properties of the group from the dynamics of this action.
