except on Tuesday, when they
are in the Skylounge on the 12th floor
(some elevators reach the 12th floor; otherwise go to floor 11 and walk).

Those of you giving a talk and wanting to use the projector, it is easiest
to put it on a USB.
(You can also use the Internet during your talk.)

There are some computer desks available in room UG -1 (basement).
The WIFI networks that should work is Eduroam
.
Computer support is on the fifth floor (try David Berger, office 05.119).

For practical information regarding Vienna and the department,
the hotel (when promised, the bill goes directly to the department),
transport, try Martina Fellner (office 10.140).
Those of you that were promised travel reimbursement, for questions and handing in claim forms, consult Waltraud Ben Salem (office 10.120).
The secretaries' offices are on the 10th floor.

We try to provide coffee & tea (+ biscuits) on the last row
during the coffee breaks. On Tuesday there will be lunch in the Skylounge.
The mensa is situated on the first floor, directly below HS11.
It has a coffee bar as well.
Apart from these, please find your own lunch opportunies in the neighbourhood
(check the area map, yellow line - in the evening also along the Danube-canal).

There are options to walk/hike in the hills. Dinner starts between 6:30pm
and 7:00pm (in the beer-garden weather permitting).
Food and a certain amount of wine/beer/water/juice is supplied.
Any extra drinks you order (or if we finish the assigned amount)
you will will need to pay yourself.
